Snap a quick, clear photo of the damaged product and the shipping label so our quality control team can review the issue.

Email support@cutecakesco.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos attached to initiate a claim.
Receive Your Resolution
Once approved, we will either rush a fresh replacement to your doorstep or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
